The VUE at East Shore
LANDology was invited to design the gated entry and park spaces at Howard Hughes’ gated high density single-family community called, The Vue, which is located at the convergence of Lake Woodlands and The Woodlands Waterway. The transitional modern aesthetic compliments the architecture offered by the community’s builder, Darling Homes. It has a more contemporary feel than most of the neighboring homes in East Shore, yet maintains the understated elegance expected in The Woodlands’ garden district. Amenities include multiple open air and covered outdoor seating areas with lighting, a gas fire pit with lake views and manicured lawn/ garden areas. Unique brick details help establish the public realm ‘look’ at The Vue and were subtly woven to reinforce the sense of place.
