The Windward at Telge Crossing
This 300-unit MultiFamily project is part of a larger 22-acre development in Cypress, TX. A majestic Live Oak tree measuring over 50 inches in diameter has been preserved and was a main driving force in the site design and layout of the leasing center and units. LANDology incorporated LID techniques and features throughout the 22-acres, leveraging them as an amenity for the MF while helping to maximize development at the pad sites. Other exterior amenities provided for future tenants include a resort style pool, covered pavilion and BBQ grills, a fenced-in dog park, separate seating area including tables and chairs covered by a pergola, gas grills and open lawn for picnics and activity. A walking trail loops around a wet pond and conveniently connects to the adjacent building units and clubhouse.
